Our Spiro air ducts allow you to save time, quality and economy for use due to the ease of installation and sealing quality in our age.

We produce between 80mm-1250mm diameters.

Our spiro ducts with a more than 250 mm diameter are also favourable for increasing their negative pressure resistance. The SPIRO sealing system is based on a homogeneous EPDM rubber profile. The rubber seal is inserted into a groove at the end of the fitting and securely attached by a turning edge. This design ensures that the rubber seal is always kept in the correct position.

• Pipes and fittings made of galvanized sheet as standard Zn 100 / 275 g / m²
• Sheet thickness according to DIN EN 1506 (DIN 24152)
• Double rubber seal parts provide a leak-proof connection

• Permissible pressure up to 3000 Pa

• Usage: Self-flange duct systems are duct system that provides maximum impermeability in ventilation installation. Its difference from the traditional ductwork with flanged flanges is that the duct sheet itself is manufactured with special machines on both sides of the duct. In this way, air leakage in the ducts is minimized to a point where there is energy saving.
• Features: Production of galvanized sheets with thicknesses from 0.50 mm to 1.2mm
• Self-flange is also used in Fittigs, the flanges used are made in our machines as well as in the ducts.
• Traces are made in the air ducts to harden the sheet and prevent vibration. • Since the flange profile is made of the duct’s own sheet, the vents are long-lasting since no fixing processes, such as screws and centres, damage the properties of the sheet and cause corrosion.
• Corner pieces are produced from 2.0 mm sheet metal.
• Fittings (pipe bend, reduction, etc.) are cut precisely with computerized plasma.
• A smooth surface is formed inside the self-flange air ducts, so it does not gather dust, particles and bacteria, which can be used easily in sanitary systems. Since the air ducts are smooth, the friction is very low. • Ducts smaller than 1 m2 are calculated as 1 m2. • Fittings are calculated by adding 20% ​​to the duct price.
